Terms of Service
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or using HaulLog services, including the HaulLog logger application, website, APIs, integrations, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use HaulLog on behalf of a virtual trucking company ("VTC") or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
2. Platform Role
HaulLog provides telemetry, logging, integration, and management infrastructure for VTCs and related communities.
HaulLog does not employ, manage, supervise, or directly provide transportation services to drivers. VTC operators remain solely responsible for their own rules, operations, moderation, rankings, driver management, and use of collected data.
3. Service Use
You agree to use HaulLog lawfully and in a manner that does not disrupt service operations, infrastructure, integrations, or access for other users.
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Reverse engineer or exploit the platform.
- Abuse APIs, integrations, or telemetry systems.
- Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Interfere with platform stability or security.
4. Accounts and Credentials
Users, VTC administrators, and integration owners are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials, API tokens, connected accounts, and systems.
You are responsible for activities performed through your accounts or integrations.
5. Telemetry and Data Processing
By installing or using the HaulLog logger or related services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of gameplay telemetry, job information, operational statistics, and related technical data required for service functionality.
Data handling practices are further described in the HaulLog Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
HaulLog may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, games, or services.
Availability and functionality may depend on external providers that are not controlled by HaulLog. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
7. Billing and Plans
Plan limits, features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.
Until automated billing is available, paid services and upgrades may be handled manually through official HaulLog support channels.
8. Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Maintenance, infrastructure failures, software bugs, security incidents, third-party outages, or external technical issues may affect availability or functionality.
9. Suspension and Termination
HaulLog may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services, APIs, integrations, or accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if activity threatens platform stability, integrity, or security.
We reserve the right to remove abusive, fraudulent, or harmful integrations and telemetry data.
10. Limitation of Liability
HaulLog is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
HaulLog shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, telemetry inaccuracies, integration failures, service interruptions, lost profits, or third-party platform issues arising from the use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of HaulLog services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
